A Different Discussion About Aid

In June 2009, President Paul Kagame welcomed the Peace Corps back into Rwanda with a piece that he wrote for the Huffingtion Post titled "A Different Discussion About Aid."  This video features the voices of currently serving Peace Corps Volunteers in Rwanda as they read Kagame's article over scenes of Rwanda and some of the work that Peace Corps Volunteers are doing in Rwanda.
